Custom Air Company
“We had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish with this company for the replacement of our 30-year-old furnace and air conditioning system.
From the very first visit, when a technician came out to evaluate our aging system, we always felt like we were in control of the process. They took the time to explain our options, answer our questions, and give us the information we needed to make educated decisions that fit both our needs and our budget. We never felt pressured or pushed toward something we didn’t need.
Every person we encountered along the way was genuinely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The installation itself was quick, efficient, and very thoughtfully done to fit our home rather than simply taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Ben, in particular, did an amazing job custom-bending all of the metal pieces for the vents. The attention to detail and pride in his work really stood out, and we truly appreciated the craftsmanship.
Replacing a furnace and AC is a big investment, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We are extremely happy with our new system and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest, and caring HVAC professionals.”
