While turning off water in basement, he pointed out the handles were not working properly, either. We coordinated with the Village and Carlos came back in a few days to replace those handles. He did a great job, everything is working well now.”

“Thank you so much J&S plumbing. It happened about 10pm on Wednesday night our hot water heater burst water was all over our basement. After an hour of cleaning up the basement I got online looking for quotes and J&S plumbing was the only company that called me and it was about 11:30pm to schedule someone to come out between 12 and 2pm on Thursday. Then at about 11:45am Shane and Tino showed up 2 great guys not only did they show up earlier than expected but they also came very prepared. They were professional and friendly they had the hot water heater installed and running in a little over an hour or so. I’m so grateful for them for making our experience so pleasant.
