“I can't say enough good things about DC Heating and Cooling. A couple of years ago our furnace stopped working in the middle of the winter. Unfortunately I first called that big company that says they do everything. I don't want to mention their name but it rhymes with ABC. Let me tell you I'll never make that mistake again. They were extremely overpriced and wanted to replace my whole furnace. Fortunately I checked with my neighbor and he told me to call Dave at DC Heating and Air. Their technician showed up the same day and fixed the problem. From what I remember it was just a little fan motor and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I remember all this because my buddu Fred had a furnace malfunction last month and called me in a panic. I told him about my great experience with DC Heating. “We have used Hearthstone for several years. Their service is excellent. Recently, they installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us. Their representatives were professional, courteous, efficient and did a great job. Afterwards, we thought we had an issue with the installation (relatively minor) so we called them. They sent a representative; it turned out that the issue was not Hearthstone's but something that existed before their installation. Nevertheless, their representative spent a couple hours helping us take care of it - no extra charge. Good service, good people.“
