We are very happy with the work you guys did in our home.  We were a little apprehensive as it was our first air duct cleaning experience but Corey made the process so incredibly comforting that we knew we made the right call.  I'd say all the credit is due to Corey - he was polite, informative, and diligent about his business.  Whenever there was a need to discuss anything, he made sure to double-check if I had any questions or concerns.  He was transparent and courteous about everything he did.  Clone that guy - he really understands how to put customers at ease and how to elevate from "good" to "great".  It was a customer service masterpiece.You guys have a stellar...read full review

This was the first place I called out of many. After all the calls and quotes David Gomez, was by far the best person I spoke to. He provided very detailed information that I could understand. I am new to this kind of service so he is what sold me on going with Mr. Duct. The tech Michael Banda was even more amazing. He took us around and showed us exactly what he was doing. Showed us before and after pictures, showed my husband the inside of the vent and told us of a potential hazard. I am so happy! Thank you over and over again!Service: Cleaning

A quick note to say I’m very pleased with the duct cleaning Pedro and Andy did on our home HVAC.Pedro explained the service they were going to perform beforehand and asked if I had any questions which they answered.They worked diligently and efficiently and I did a walk through with Pedro when they were finished and told them I was very satisfied.They earned and deserved a five-star rating.Service: HVAC system maintenance
