My boiler needed repair when my dog accidentally turned on my water dispenser on the fridge and flooded the boiler downstairs- oops. I asked a group of friends who they recommended and 3 of the simultaneously said "Roberts" so I called them. Trevor came out quickly, sized up the damage, got a new part from the shop and installed it within an hour. The boiler fired back up and we were back in business, toasty and warm! I will eventually need to replace the entire unit and when I do, Roberts is my go-to. Thank you, Trevor and Roberts.I have since dog-proofed the water dispenser and my very smart dog is now keeping busy my doing my taxes.

I can't tell you how happy I am with Roberts Heating & Air Conditioning! Our heat went out overnight, I called at 9am, and Scott was at my door at 1245pm (early!). Scott troubleshooted the issue, drove to get a part, came back, got thrown a curveball, adapted, and got our heat back up and running. He was so nice, honest, and thorough and gave great advice as it related to our warranty. First time using Roberts and it definitely won't be our last. Thank you Scott and Roberts!

Based on a referral from friends, we consulted Roberts about replacing our full HVAC system. Our 15-year-old system has been inefficient from day one and increasingly so over the years. We also wanted to upgrade to dual zone thermostat control to see if we can get a better consistency of climate in our duplex apartment. Glen spent a lot of time with us explaining what the options were before we signed on. The installation team, led by John and Eli, did very thorough and professional work and handled problems that cropped up with ingenuity and care.
