Scott did a very thorough job fixing a leaking pipe and ensuring it was properly insulated. As he performed the repair, he realized that the initial estimate included unneeded work, so he reduced the job accordingly, which was very appreciated. He also went above and beyond to make sure the pipe was as insulated as possible. And, he was just very pleasant throughout the visit.
