Emily gave me a life changing hair cut today. This was the first time I had met with her and right off the bat she was excited for what I wanted to do, and made sure I was prepared for what was about to be done. I ended up cutting of almost 17 inches of hair, and she gave me a fresh new look after 6 years of growing out my hair with an incredibly rough start to 2024, she gave me the best fresh start I could ask for. I love this place! My daughter and I go for haircuts usually. Recently I took my daughter to get her hair dyed a blood red and Jan did an amazing job. She talked her through the process. Explained how the color would look on her natural hair. Continued to make sure everyone was on the same page and she was going to get the look she wanted. Jan did not disappoint at all! Hillary was absolutely amazing! I've never been super talkative with people, but she was just so fun and easy to talk to the whole appointment. She made sure to get my hair to be exactly how I like it and asked clarifying questions when I didn't explain well enough. I wasn't too sure on how much I wanted off (especially because some stylists measure differently), and she gave me a recommendation which I absolutely love now! I hope I have her as my stylist every time!

New to this salon, got a regular pedi. The place is clean, nicely designed, no TVs on the walls (thank goodness), tools all individually wrapped and sealed. Guy that did my pedi super nice and polite. He did a great job on my toes, too. Very happy with this place, will be visiting again soon.

Both of us got manicures and pedicures.
My boyfriend's manicure and pedicure were done by Rachel. I'm, unfortunately, unable to remember who mine was done by, but he was a very nice man who made sure I was having a good time and put little flower designs on my nails just for fun. Was very attentive and outgoing, understanding what patterns and colors I wanted.
Pedicures were relaxing, very professional, and done to a tee. Chairs are massaging and you get to control them, no matter the package you get.
There are, I think, 5 different pedicure packages you get to choose from. Each have their own unique thing, and they don't break the bank. We got a package that included bath salts with the pedicures.
Manicures were done almost within the blink of an eye and look fantastic. I didn't have an exact design in mind, but I knew the color I wanted and acrylics to stop myself from picking at things. The same man did my manicure. Again, with no design or pattern in mind, he just went at it. It turned out great.
In total, I spent 289 for both services and the tip.
100 for my boyfriend's service.
140 for my service.
9 for the convenience fee.
20 for each person.
Will probably be going again in a month or whenever these break.

My teenage son was struggling with acne when we started seeing Shannon. He had acne everywhere: his forehead, sides, cheeks, chin, nose. They were inflamed, congested. Even his neck, chest and back had breakouts. I scheduled a peel/consult with Shannon. There she assessed his skin very thoroughly and recommended a custom skincare regimen along with a treatment plan. In addition to that, she gave us in depth education on acne, and what could be causing it and what he could cut out to relieve it. We learned things like his haircare, protein powder, peanut butter and even his toothpaste were contributing to his acne. With the at home care and peels, his skin has transformed at 5 months.
As an esthetician of almost 2 decades and business owner, I am blown away by Shannon. Every detail is thought out and intentional. From the moment you schedule, to your service, to post service. She also checks in to see how things are going, and if there are any questions or any adjustments that need to be done.

I’ve been to the spa twice now. Both times were excellent. Both times I had a massage by Ranell. They were the best massages I’ve ever had. She is kind and she listens to exactly what you want. My shoulder has been bothering me for a few weeks and after last night session, it is so much better. Highly recommend!

My experience with Justin was one of the best I’ve had. Not only did get squeeze me in because my nominal artist canceled last minute but he stayed until 1am to get my tattoo done for me. He was extremely accommodating, very professional, and the best artists I’ve been too. He gave me an outstanding tattoo at a very very fair price. He will be my new go to artist for all my future work.
This is a tattoo I’ve wanted for over 15 years, and Derek absolutely brought it to life. The color is unlike anything I’ve ever seen — truly incredible. He took his time and paid such close attention to every detail, and the result is honestly one of the most beautiful pieces I’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend him and his entire shop!

I cannot thank Shaun and his crew at McHenry Plumbing enough for coming to my rescue on such short notice. Late Thursday night, we had a major plumbing emergency — water was pouring out of the floor drain and leaking from the base of our downstairs toilet. We called Black Diamond, and while they were out from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. and rodded the line six times, the problem wasn’t resolved. We were then told it would cost around $7,000 to excavate and replace piping.
Thankfully, a friend referred me to McHenry Plumbing for a second opinion. Shaun called me back the next morning and was at my house within 15 minutes. He assessed the situation, fixed the issue THAT DAY, and saved us from a huge, unnecessary expense. The honesty, compassion, and no-nonsense professionalism were unmatched.
We finally have peace of mind and are able to use our water and drains again—all thanks to them. The service was exceptional, the pricing fair, and the integrity rare. I will never call another plumbing company again. Truly grateful!

Unlimited Shrinkwrap did a great job shrink wrapping my 21 foot pontoon boat. They were very professional, courteous, and reliable. When I called Unlimited Shrinkwrap, Britte answered my call and understood my situation that I live an hour away south from the Chain O’ Lakes where most mobile shrinkwrap companies are not willing to travel to. She was willing to work with me to help me out given they were doing other shrink wrap jobs on residential patios and industrial equipment close to my area. This was despite that Unlimited Shrinkwrap in general decided not to shrink wrap boats for fall of 2024. Also this was just at the perfect time a day or 2 before below zero wind chills and snow were expected after previous appointments with another mobile shrink wrap company fell through. On the day of my appointment they showed up with a crew of 4 guys and were done in just under an hour. Now my boat is safe and sound at my home protected from the elements and rodents and I did not have to haul my boat an hour to the Chain and an hour back home to get it done.

Nantucket Homes remodeled my condo in downtown (Old Town) Chicago. The entire kitchen looked amazing. George spent a lot of time paying great attention to detail. His carpenters did a great job and even built a custom built in desk. The crown molding made the condo look excellent. When it came time to rent out the condo, we had multiple offers in one day. I was diagnosed with a torn meniscus late in the summer. I did pre-op PT at IBJI and had a great experience. I elected to have surgery to treat my knee problem and did PT post-op as well. The whole staff is both talented and friendly, making personal connections while helping people achieve positive outcomes. If you need PT I would highly recommend the amazing team at IBJI!
I took my infant daughter to see Debbie. She was having some physical limitations And was struggling with mobility in several areas. Debbie was so incredibly gentle, patient, and caring. After the first appointment I was floored at how much improvement was already made. She helped my daughter so much during her appointment time and also guided me through exercises for at home. I’m so grateful for Debbie’s expertise and all the knowledge she shares. Her care is so individualized and we really felt like she was just as invested in our baby’s success as we were. Came here for hand OT post-surgery. OTs Cass and MaryKay were phenomenal with my recovery. They’re the sweetest women ever and always made coming to therapy a true pleasure. I’m going to miss coming to “chat with the girls” which is the environment they create with their patients. I recommend them to anyone needing a hand OT. Everyone with the Top Driver has been professional, friendly, conscientious, and helpful - from the manager, to the classroom instructor and to the driver instructor. At the very start, because they are certified with the State, we were made known of the laws, rules and regulations and policies. They were very clear and communicative on that.
Though they strictly complied with them, they offered services to make sure our teen and other students had the opportunity to learn and eventually pass the road test. They are timely with their class curriculum, and they provide personalized feedback after every behind-the-wheel session for improvements on the next session.
