Great dental care. From the front end personal to the finance director to the technician to the hygienist to the dentist were all friendly and caring. I came to aspen dental for a second opinion as I suspected something was not right. My suspicions were correct. They took exrays and a oral exam and informed me I would need a bone graph along with other work to be done. They are very fair and honest and I will be a forever patient here at Aspen Dental. Thank you to all the staff I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year as well. See you all soon.

I arrived at the scheduled time to find the door locked. After knocking, I was allowed in with the explanation tha it was still lunch hour. X ray , prep, and procedure went exceptionally well.

Everyone at the McHenry Aspen Dental office was friendly and professional. The receptionist, the X-ray tech, the hygienist and the dentist herself took time to explain what they were going to do and then told me what they saw. After a treatment plan was discussed I met with the Office Manager who went over costs, what dental insurance would cover and what I would be responsible for paying. Going to the dentist is not everyone’s favorite thing, but Aspen Dental made the experience positive. I had neglected my teeth during Covid and I’m happy to be getting back on schedule with dental care.
