As always the job done right the first time. Mike did an excellent job replacing my failed sump pump and Erin an excellent job scheduling me and getting it replaced before the rain came. I highly recommend CRS Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone. OVERALL A JOB WELL DONE!
Our AC was freezing up. I have a home warranty plan and they hooked us up with CRS to fix it. Mike showed up on time and got it all fixed. It took almost 2 hours, the unit is ancient. Mike is very patient and so nice.
CRS also replaced our water heater in the early part of this year. Did a great job on that through the warranty plan and due to that we had them replace our sump pump. I would hire them again. Thanks CRS and Mike
Mike Howell was very curious and professional, he show me all the areas of the leaks and he answered all my questions in regards to the tank then he empty the tank and shut off water and gas valve’s. When he install the new water heater few days later ( had to wait for insurance to review) he answered all my questions in regards if gas or Digital show me how the gas is lighted and explain in detail how to set the temperature and how long it will take to heat up the tank. He tidy up the entire area he was working, ask me if I had any other questions to make sure I was comfortable with the information he gave me on the new water tank.
