“Great company to work with! Just got this house and the roof was in pretty bad shape. Blake was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Pricing is competitive and they got the job done right! I’ll be working with peerless roofing for any future roofing needs.”
“After having a questionable roof repair done by another company, I contacted Gen Ex Construction to come out for a second opinion. Paul confirmed every one of the issues that we saw with the patch job, explaining not only what was wrong, but how they would fix it. Less than a week later, our roof was fixed and properly this time. No more worries about leaks! After a truly pleasant experience, I will definitely be contacting Gen Ex Construction when it’s time to replace our entire roof.”
“John. The estimator was great in answering all our questions and even came to the house multiple times to answer and look at roof when we had additional questions. All the staff. Office and the foreman, Ryan, were responsive. Roofers and workers were on time and efficient. Done in one day. Perfect job on my skylight install. Venting and chimney flashing
Could not be happier
Priced reasonably.”
