I went to McHenry sports clips and Morgan gave me the best haircut I have ever received in my life. Exceptional customer service skills, exceptional conversational skills, and best fade ever. 10/10 experience and will be going back to her if I’m ever in that area. Outstanding experience.
The haircut was great but the best part was stylist Alexa. She made the experience 10x better. Not only worked with my goofy hairline but made the vist the best. Highly recommend alexa.
All of the stylists have done great on my hair as well as my boys. Very friendly staff and always accommodating. The ability to check in online is great and can speed up your check in on busier days. Even if you didn't check in online there are enough stylists there to keep things moving quickly. They have several good hair care products on hand and make sure you grab a lolly pop on the way out! Parking can be a little tight on busy days, but not horrible. If you do need to wait there are several close by stores to run to while you wait.
