Jacob is exceptional. We were in a truly hard spot, having lost a large branch that pulled down our electric connection to the pole. The communication was fantastic, and his first quote was spot on to end price. His work is very professional, and he even gave that extra push by waiting around when Comed showed up to insure things went well. Couldn't say enough good things about efficiency, demeanor, and solidity of work. Many thanks from grateful homeowners!
He came out right away and completed the work in a timely manner. Just would have liked to get his price for the work upfront, which is partially my fault. I would definitely hire him again for more electrical projects. Cool guy. Thanks Jacob.
I contracted with JJA Electric to replace my electric service panel and install an EV charger. Jakub was great to work with. There were some complexities in my project, and Jakub always replied to my questions in a very timely manner. He and his assistant did a wonderful job on the installation. They were professional, efficient, and left everything neat and tidy. I enjoyed working with Jakub, and would definitely recommend JJA Electric.
