They were able to come out immediately, fixed it and then when I replaced the roof the next summer they applied the fix cost to the replacement cost. Next winter our awning fell - the matched the siding and had if fixed in no time. They have been great!!“

“As a home inspector, I did my homework before deciding which company to use to change the look of my home and install new siding. After receiving bids from a number of companies and speaking to their owners, I chose VIS Exterior. The owner, Val was very knowledgeable and had good ideas in how to replace our old stucco and T-111 siding with new LP vertical and horizonal siding. Val's crew worked diligently and did a terrific job removing the old siding and installing the new siding according to the manufacturer's specs. My wife and I had some special requests which Val personally helped to make happen. We are very pleased with their work, going above and beyond our expectations.“

“If you’re looking for doors or windows, don’t bother looking anywhere else. I went through getting multiple quotes with questionable companies and contractors, luckily I found Dudek! No one else explained the work needed to the level Derek did with absolutely no pressure, he just tells it straight and lets you decide.I had Dudek Exteriors replace three windows at my old house and he did a phenomenal job, so I used him again at our new house. He replaced three exterior doors, one of which was a very customer/unique size, two screen doors, and a slider window. As always the workmanship is top notch quality, fast, and an excellent value. Derek leaves the house as clean as when he arrives and clearly communicates the project timeline and when he will be able to complete the install. Couldn’t be any happier with the results and will be using him when replacing the remain 18 windows.“

“Vesta did a great job replacing my roof and gutters after hail damage from a large storm last spring. Anthony came and performed an initial inspection and showed me the extent of damage. He was very pleasant to deal with and he and his team handled everything with my insurance company-Allstate He handed off to Jeremy who went over the project financials. They secured approval and obtained the roofing materials in a very timely fashion. There was some questions from the insurance company about the gutter replacement, but Anthony came back and reinspected and insured that the claim was amended and my gutters were fully covered. “Back in September Sean and his team helped clean all of our windows inside and out after we moved in to our townhouse. The windows were an absolute mess. Some still had film left on them from their original installation that had now been burnt on to the windows from the heat of the sun. The team was able to remove that allowing so much natural sunlight into our home! We’re so thankful and will most definitely have them back soon!“

“I would highly recommend ASI. From start to finish, Alex my project manager walked us through the whole process. Their team (project manager, insurance liaison, supply manager) came for the insurance inspection. They also got gutters and downspouts approved. The work was done quickly with no need for call backs. When a delay of the shingles we ordered was not immediately available, Alex called weekly to inform me of progress. “I contacted Pioneer about a whole gutter replacement after getting a quote from another company. Daniel came out and actually told me the whole replacements was not necessary and really only needed larger downspouts and to fix a leaking section. He did not try and oversell me even though I went to him expecting the whole thing.His pricing was fair and he and his crew did fast, great work! We also had them clean the gutters and power wash the outside. They now look and work great! We will be hiring them for an annual clean out each fall from now on!“

“We inherited a 2-flat apartment building from my in-laws. There was never any upkeep on the chimney in the 80+ years that they owned it. The tenants on the 2nd floor called us one night saying water was coming in. (apartment building is in Chicago, we live in WI) Naturally we assumed the roof. After further contact with the tenant it was discovered it was the chimney. Our Heating and AC company (Guardian Heating & AC) recommended Chimney USA, as they have worked with them in the past, and have always been satisfied with them.We called Chimney USA on a Saturday afternoon. I spoke with Marna. They came out that evening to inspect the chimney. I certainly was impressed they came out within a hours of my call!!The chimney needed extensive work. It was collapsing on the inside. They did preliminary work that night to stop it from leaking. They came out a few days later to really look at the chimney.Mirna kept me informed every step of the way via phone calls and text messages with pictures showing us the damage and the work they did to fix all the issues.The roof is very pitched which makes it harder to work on, besides being high.They cleaned up after working to the point it didn't look like it was anyone ever there!I certainly would recommend Chimney USA to anyone needing work on their chimneys. They tackled a very difficult job as if it was a piece of cake.“
