I contacted Pioneer about a whole gutter replacement after getting a quote from another company. Daniel came out and actually told me the whole replacements was not necessary and really only needed larger downspouts and to fix a leaking section. He did not try and oversell me even though I went to him expecting the whole thing.His pricing was fair and he and his crew did fast, great work! We also had them clean the gutters and power wash the outside. They now look and work great! We will be hiring them for an annual clean out each fall from now on!

Daniel Kozik takes huge pride in his work and it shows. Estimate was competitive and work done was outstanding. I had my roof and gutter miter boxes replaced. My soffit, fascia, and gutters power washed and painted. Everything was done very professionally and in a very timely matter. Great communication. I highly recommend Pioneer Exteriors Inc.

I had originally called Daniel for gutter work, since I thought that was the reason for a leak in the side of the house, but he quickly informed me that there might be some brick veneer issues. He actually gave me a few possible reasons/scenarios since leaks can come from anywhere and require some investigation. He also ranked them by most involved and expensive to fix to least involved/quick fixes. He then let me decide which direction I wanted to go in. He also offered to give the whole roof an inspection (no-charge) since I had another leak on the other side of the house and even went inside the roof crawlspace (he doesn't normally do that).
