After having a raccoon extracted by exterminator Team Prusak came up with a build and repair plan to deter the raccoon from returning and getting back in and did a fantastic job making the build look seamless and part of the existing roofline. “I’ve had an ongoing roofing problem for several years. I have consulted roofers and plumbers. Trying to figure out how I sustained a minor leak in my bathroom ceiling after heavy rain storms. Tony went up on my roof for 15 minutes and identified the problem. He fixed it on the spot and I don’t expect any more leakage. He showed me photos and demonstrated how you have to be a detective sometimes to locate leaks. His price was fair and I expect his corrective procedure to be permanent. Great work!“

“Sam came by, as he was in the area, to see if we wanted him to check our roof for damage. He checked it and said there was hail damage and offered to put a claim in with our insurance. I asked him if they do siding and windows and was told they do everything. He put in a request for an estimate on windows and siding and a couple days later Matt came by to measure for windows and siding on the second floor. The insurance handled the roof. They started tearing off the roof on Tuesday September 16 and also finished it the same day. They started on the Windows on the top floor the same day and finished the windows on the back of the house. On Wednesday the 17th, they replaced the windows on the front of the house. There was so much damage to the wall outside under our bedroom window, a new wall had to be built before the new window could be put in. By Saturday the 20th the siding was put on. This company was great to work with! They covered everthing, moved plant containers as needed, cleaned up every day they were here, and answered questions when we had them. We have more work to be done and will definitely have them again!“
