Truly Professional!!! I recently had a complete tear off roof replacement and could not be happier with the service and quality of work Top Property provided. Paul came and inspected the roof, taking the time to explain exactly what would be done during each step of the work. He said I would have a quote the next day and I received it within 12 hours. The quote was very detailed and the costs fair and reasonable. The crew arrived on time and were professional, pleasant and polite. They took great care in covering and protecting the landscaping as well as all walkways. They were fast, efficient and very detail oriented. Excellent job replacing my roof. Paul was very prompt and courteous and took time to explain entire process to me. Knowledgeable, friendly guy and after talking to several roofing companies, I felt very confident in Paul and his guys ability to replace my roof. The whole crew that worked on roof was efficient, clearly very experienced roofers, worked clean and really did a great job overall. I would highly recommend Top Property Services to anyone in need of repair or new roof.
