“Dr. Robertson and her team are amazing! First of all, she was able to finally diagnose me after my 15 years of searching for answers and seeing endless other specialists. Any time I need something, her team goes above and beyond to help! When I was travelling and needed my prescription to be urgently sent to another city - no problem, I received it the same day! When I was in pain and needed a procedure done asap - they found time for me. Even when you speak on the phone with them, if feels like they really understand what you're going through and are always compassionate. They dim the lights in the room for you to feel better. When my insurance denied MRI, Dr. Robertson fought for me and won! I drive for 1.5 hours to see Dr. Robertson, but I know it's worth it and I don't ever want another doctor.“

“Dr. Raymond Davis is one of the best pediatricians out there! He is absolutely amazing with kids and has so much experience with special needs kids. My 3 sons are autistic and he was so patient and caring while working with them. He has always answered any questions we had, pointed us to resources and helped us get into early intervention and recieve therapy services! We had him for 10 years! We did switch pediatricians recently but it was for reasons unrelated to him! I was not a fan of his nurse (Sandra). We had gotten hung up on by the office and did not receive a call back till I called back 3 days later. They insisted they didn't hang up but if they didn't why not follow up? I had to reach out again instead! Didn't feel like I was getting responses on MyChart either and felt very dismissed. (Again none of this had to do with Dr. Davis though)“

“Worse service I've ever seen 7 hour wait in the waiting room there's a older lady sitting next to me throwing up blood and having a bathroom issue sitting in fecal matter they are still making her wait her daughter said something to the front desk they called security on pick any other hospital but this one“

“I see Dr. Lee and my daughter sees Dr. Taylor. Both are great in my opinion. Very thorough, they listen to your questions and take the time to answer them. They also respond back to MyChart messages within a day which always gives me peace of mind. I have also done lots of blood draws/lab work here and sometimes you do have to wait for a little bit, but I know that is the case in any clinic. Plus the nurses are always friendly. Perfect sized clinic to not feel overwhelmed as well.“

“I’ve had Dr. DiLeonardo as my primary care provider for a little over a year, and I am grateful for everything she has done so far. I first saw her before becoming pregnant with my second child, and then most of my care transitioned to my OB-GYN during pregnancy until 6 weeks postpartum. After developing preeclampsia and continuing to have high blood pressure postpartum, my blood pressure management was transferred to Dr. DiLeonardo.

She has done a fantastic job managing and closely monitoring my postpartum hypertension. I felt terrified dealing with blood pressure issues while adjusting to life with a newborn and a toddler, but she made me feel safe by closely monitoring and thoroughly managing medication.

Even though I had only seen her once before pregnancy, I was thrilled with how on top of my care she was when I returned to her care after Obgyn. She’s also been attentive to my other concerns, and she genuinely takes the time to get to know me as a person, not just a patient.

I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough primary care provider“

“I met Dr. Knight when I was inpatient at Van Metre Hospital in 2020. After I was discharged, I continued to see him at Medlux. I've met with a couple different nurse practitioners there and haven't had a negative experience with anyone!
The reception girls are nice, helpful and patient. Being a past receptionist myself, I understand how stressful and tedious that job can be and I think they do a great job. One lady always asks about my husband when I come in alone ♥️(he usually has to drive me). I've had small chit chat with some of the reception girlies and they are always so sweet and nice.

I've received trigger point injections from Dr. Knight and even though I hated it (not a fan of needles, let alone in my most painful areas), the procedure wasn't as bad as I was expecting. He also allowed my husband to be in the room for emotional support. It was quick but he didn't rush and was very patient with me as I had A LOT of anxiety that day.

Dr. Knight also helped me obtain a medical marijuana card (after years of trying to find a doctor who wasn't just in it for the money). And he doesn't judge me for choosing to smoke as part of my pain relief methods (unlike some of my other doctors).

Overall I think Medlux is a great place to go if you are in need of a pain management doctor. Yes they have their rules and regulations they have to abide by, but they are flexible and are willing to work with you.
