Staff has always been very nice and everything has always been very efficient. Love Dr Wang and the entire staff in OBGYN and the lab. Lab can be a bit of a wait, but their phlebotomists are good. I'm a bad draw and they get me first time. Every time. Generally quiet office.

Have to leave this location, this is the only doctor’s office I’ve ever known. Switching over to OSF.
I’ve had 3 different residents in the last 8 years. Residents who have no idea what they are doing, nervous, stuttering, looking up symptoms on google (I can do that myself) leaving the room 5x to check with the doctor then coming back to tell me what he said rather than him coming in the room to see me. I do realize that they have to learn somehow, but I don’t think Mercy realizes how important it is to have a doctor you have a long lasting relationship with instead of a temporary resident who will be gone after their 4 years!

Dr. Saleh at Mercyhealth Mulford is incredibly kind and compassionate. Going to the doctor is usually terrifying, but she helped ease my anxiety. Her comforting manner and genuine concern made all the difference.
