I had an excellent experience today. The staff was friendly and attentive. Dr. Elahi is an exceptional listener and showed me that some new physicians are able to be compassionate and comprehensive as well as involving this retired nurse in my own plan of care! Had an initial appointment with Dr Jason Paul, I was very impressed with him. Very thorough and took the time to listen and address any health issues I currently have. I felt that he was genuinely engaged in helping me improve my overall health. I would highly recommend him ! The rest of the office staff at this location was also very friendly and nice to deal with .
Dr Elahi has been great! He always listens to my concerns and ensures that I feel heard and always has been responsive on MyChart to make sure everything is handled in a timely manner. It never feels like I’m being lectured, always a collaborative effort for my health.
