One does give a little lead way when being understandable but calling and to be put on hold 18 - 22 - and 35 minutes and still no answers is ridiculous. The system needs to be changed or hire someone more dependable to answer the phone.

Beautiful clinic. The staff is always knowledgeable and courteous. It's easy to get an appointment with one of the resident physicians. Plus you have another seasoned physician working with them so it's like getting two doctors!!! Lab is great too!!!!

only reason I am give 5 stars is the doctor I had only reason she is not my doctor now is because mercy health isn't taking state insurance which is very sad! Especially in times like now! Dr. Sandra Labak is such a amazing beautiful doctor who i had the honor to be able to see i recommend anyone to see her! She takes her time with you and treats you like she was treating a family member. She is theral and makes sure your health is good and helps gets you to where your health should be. I will miss her as I have state insurance and can't be seen there anymore, But if you are able to she is seriously number one, if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be exercising, and eating...read full review
