Patient for 2 years. I'm a 62 tear-old disabled woman and I live 50 miles away. I had to reschedule a second time, due to the harshest deep freeze in 40 years. It could not be helped. No mercy from Medlux. Pay $100 or take a hike. I don't have $100. They don't care about their patients.at all.

Nurse Practitioner Michelle was very nice. However the office girls were extremely rude. In my opinion this establishment just wants to make you come for multiple visits & evaluations to bill insurance unnecessarily. I already have an MRI & a referral from a Nuero Surgeon for an injection. But they want me to see Nurse Practitioner twice, then have an injection evaluation & then the injection can be scheduled. When I tried to explain it seemed unnecessary the office manager told me if I didn't like how they did things I could go elsewhere. Do not recommend their services at all!!!

I came for my extreme chronic pains an was offered religion & friendship as a last resort cure... It was very disrespectful, especially after I said I wasn't religious, I know their heart is in the right place.. But just a massive waste of time for me, nothing was solved, no test were given, I was expecting so much more then to be told there was nothing they could do for me!!.. hope your visit is better.... Never going back!!!...
