Everyone talks about the doctors in these reviews but we never mention the departments that support them. My review today is for the lab at 3401 N Perryville. It is hands down the best I have been to in the Stateline. Always clean and courteous, as should be the case. The techs and front desk are friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and they listen to their patients. This is rare, in my experience, when it comes to blood draws. I have horrible veins in my arm but they LOOK like a dream. At other locations, I get an arguement about using my hand with a butterfly but would end up there anyway after I look like a pin cushion, bruised from wrist to elbow. Not here! Crystal, Carissa, and Satara in Occupational Health and in Labs were all extremely kind, respectful, and personable. They made me feel as comfortable as possible and I greatly appreciate them. Dr. Esther was very welcoming and compassionate. Even the person who directed me to where I needed to check in was so helpful and cheerful. Thank you for making a potentially anxious appointment into a pleasant experience!
I’ve been going to this urgent care for years with all of my children. I particularly love Dr.Ansari. He’s probably treated all of my children. He’s very straight forward and also kind. I feel as though the care that I receive here is very good and the wait is typically short when we have went.
