I have been trying to find a doctor that I am comfortable with for so long and I have finally found her! She actually took the time to listen to me and understand that I have multiple issues with my health and she is willing to help me with all of them and I was so relieved to find her that I actually cried at my appointment! 5 stars all the way around!

Best Doctor around! We switched our Primary Care doctor to Dr. DiLeonardo a while ago after Dr. Simon left OSF. We always recommend her to anyone and everyone who asks me. She’s someone that listens to you and does everything she can to help you with any concerns you have. The entire staff is amazing, friendly, and make you feel like you are part of the family. I am picky when it comes to Doctors, and except exceptional treatment. some say I am to picky as my Primary Care Doctor the most of my life was my Great Uncle. When I rate a Doctor great it is because they are.

Best doctor around! I switched my primary doctor to Dr. DiLeonardo a while ago and haven’t looked back since! I recommend her to anyone and everyone who asks me. She’s someone that listens to you and does everything she can to help you with any concerns you have, all while making you feel warm and welcome being in her office. The entire office staff is also so friendly and accommodating every time I go in there. It truly is such a positive environment Natalie has created in this office! Highly recommend to anyone of any age.
