Excellent experience with Aire Serv of Lombard! We have several AC systems, and they all seemed to have issues during the hottest days of the year. Since the home is new to us, we weren’t sure what was wrong or when it was last serviced.
I called at 8:00 a.m., and the technicians arrived by 9:40 a.m. They thoroughly inspected each system, clearly explained the issues, and completed the repairs within a few hours. Our house was cooling again shortly after their fix.
Fair pricing, outstanding customer service, and knowledgeable technicians. We’ll definitely use Aire Serv of Lombard again for our future maintenance. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough good things about the service we received. Our A/C unit is over 30 years old, and honestly, I expected to be told it was a lost cause. Instead, Robert rolled up his sleeves and treated it like a personal challenge. Despite the age of the system and the unexpected hurdles that kept popping up along the way, he was absolutely determined to get it running right—and he did.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Aire Serv and the incredible service we received from Bernard and his boss, Amos. My HVAC system went out during a stressful time, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure we stayed warm and taken care of every step of the way.
Bernard was absolutely incredible! He was professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked diligently to get our system running again, and treated our home with so much respect.
