“First off let me start out by saying the Savage roofing staff are the nicest and most easy to get along with. This is my third home and the biggest project I have ever done with any of my homes. I was very cautious and nervous about the project but Danny the owner worked with me every step of the way and made this project a breeze. “What makes this company 5-star is their responsiveness. I ALWAYS got a response from John, Jon, or Brad when I reached out with a concern. While no job of this magnitude will ever go perfectly, it is rare to be able to count on a call back in a reasonable of time (usually the same day!) and with transparent, honest communication. This was a big job, and the roof looks beautiful. I was left with a couple of of minor things I feel like I had to settle for, but the guys took the time to explain why they made the decisions they did. I don't feel it's enough to take off a full star on the review. My roof and gutters are still brand new, but I feel confident that if I have any problems with them in the future, I can count on Great Roofing to make it right.“

“This is our second time working with David and Pro-Line. They did our roof a few years ago and did a great job so we got an estimate for a kitchen remodel. Compared to a few other estimates theirs was competitive but also cheaper/reasonable. We knocked down a wall and put in an island. We had new flooring and lighting installed as well. We only had one minor issue pop up after the initial installation and WW and our customer service rep (Stephanie) were extremely responsive and helpful to quickly address/correct. “As an employee for R.E. Duchene Construction, it is extremely concerning to read a review saying one of our employees stole from a customers home. I have been here for many years and I run the office, no such report was ever made by this person who wrote the review to myself or to the owners, nor law enforcement. We have never been notified of this alleged incident until accidently finding this review. This is a serious accusation and we do not take these matters lightly, we would never tolerate this behavior from an employee, and if this incident is unfounded we will look into handling this through proper channels and it be dealt with legally. I apologize for what happened to your family, that truly is terrible, but our company has never conducted themselves in such a way, nor would we allow it. This accusation is serious and could very much potentially tarnish our reputation with this slanderous accusation.
