“I am very happy with my new flooring. My installer was very meticulous and worked solo as well. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We are a family of 6 with one bathroom that is centrally located and also a part of the new floor plan. He was able to get the tile done with only a small window of time that we could not use the bathroom. He was very respectful and personable. The floors are gorgeous and he definitely took pride in his work. Highly recommend.“

We ordered what we wanted, quickly corrected a quality issue with some accent tile and accepted the return of excess materials with no hassles. The warehouse gentlemen Leo, handled all our products in a delicate and caring manner. Definitely made it a hassle-less free. Thumbs up guys!!!“

“So glad I was referred to The Flooring Guys to do the flooring on my main floor. Starting with my first visit there to pick out what I wanted, everyone was so helpful. They encouraged me to take a few samples home, even though I pretty much was sure of the one I wanted and was only going to take that sample. Once I was home, the one I thought I wanted did not look how I thought it would and I ended up going with a different sample that I brought home. Kathy and Doug were so great to work with and helpful. My installer, Francisco, was absolutely amazing. We ran into a few issues due to how my tile floors were but his hard work made it happen. My floors are beautiful, he did an amazing job. I already recommended them to some neighbors that are going to use them too.“

“Floors come true was great to do the floors. Kevin came out and measured and told us exactly what he could do and couldnt do so there was no confusion on what you were getting. He was well prepared and even carried some examples of flooring in his truck during the quote process. The work was done in a timely manner. The quality of the work is very professional. His team did a great job on the resurfacing of the main floor, removal of carpet and installation of the upstairs floor, and hardwood stairs. His pricing was very fair and around what others were asking for. What ultimately made us go with kevin is he was charging us a little more than the competitors but he was not cutting corners and they did the job the way it was supposed to be done. “What more can I say about Santiago and his team other than AMAZING!! I first used this company last year to do some flooring and carpet in my new townhome. I contacted Full Moon and they came out and took measurements and gave me a quote , price , and start date . They showed up on time , kept me updated on the progress and even disposed of the materials. I was more than pleased with the work they did so I used him again for helping me transform my townhouse.Santiago and his team returned to install new bathroom cabinetry , toilets , and fixtures and the service was great and they did a great job!!!This past week I decided to complete my bathrooms and get new new bathtubs and tile installed. Santiago went with me to pick out the material and supplies needed and even picked up the things for me. “Since this store first opened they have come around full circle. Every project we have hired them to do for us has been spotless. There was a little miscommunication with the luxury flooring as far as them having it sitting when it was suppose to be delivered but that was all worked out and they got us moved up with their installers. We had GS Flooring which is their sub contractor for flooring they use. We had our bathrooms done years ago and now finally got the rest of our first floor completed and it absolutely looks fabulous!! The crew with GS Flooring was so fantastic!! Cannot honestly say enough about them! The guys worked hard and were completely done in 2 days with no messing around. We got the Lifesource Flooring which is Home Depot's exclusive brand. Looks fabulous! I'll post some after pics after everything is all cleaned up and back in place.“
