Billy and ferris sent out some guys to remove my tile that was cracking and put in vinyl. It was a lot of work to remove the tile but the guys they sent got it done. after removing the tile they were able to get my kitchen floor even with the living room floor and put down some beautiful looking vinyl. Billy was so helpful when my zelle was acting up while I was trying to pay.
Word of advice if anyone needs tile removed however, the tiles will need a large dumpster in the driveway and the process of them removing tile will cause a ton of dust so you will have to put away anything in the room you don't want full of dust and wipe countertops/cabinets aftwerwards.
