They made sure the mirrors were exact same height off the floor and used even a laser to do so. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and competence of Patryk (project manager) and team. He personally came out to check out the damage and the repair progress, and continued to communicate clearly and consistently throughout the process. He noticed an area in need of repair that the subcontractor had missed, and sent the team back to address it. “The hardwood on our stairs had deep gouges and the finish was completely worn off on the high-traffic treads. It looked bad and felt rough underfoot. CM'S Wood Stairs sanded all the treads and risers down and applied a fresh finish that brought the wood back to life. The gouges are gone and the surface is smooth again. They also tightened up the railing posts while they were working since a couple had some give to them. The staircase feels sturdy and looks consistent from top to bottom now, which is a nice change.“
