“This was my third time at this store, and it was like a breath of fresh air working with Tyrese. He has the best customer service skills I have seen in a very long time. Our first purchase was tiles for over $700. We came back today and spoke with him again and he made us understand why it was best to keep the tile that we had instead of returning it for a cheaper price. From his amazing advice we decided to go ahead and purchase 35 more boxes that cost us over $2,000. He also explained to us the value of signing up for a floor decor credit card and we appreciate that so much because it gave us value.
