“ProOne Builders just completed the renovation of our two bathrooms. They did a fantastic job in a very timely manner. The bathrooms are more beautiful than we had expected. Much of this can be attributed to Bogdan's excellent staff. We had two Project Managers working on our project; and they complemented each other well and both filled a necessary role. Greg managed the business end of the project and oversaw some of the final work. Matthew, however was our everyday contact. He scheduled the work and the supplies needed. He kept us very well informed about the specific work to be done and the schedule of who would be showing up to complete it. He also worked around our time commitments and was always pleasant and accommodating. The various workers were all respectful and professional. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and the quality of their work was impeccable. Both Matthew and Greg were available and responsive to our questions and concerns. We are looking forward to our next home project with ProOne Builders. I would highly recommend them for home renovations.“

“I hired MagLux for my kitchen remodeling project. Urszula, the designer, proposed so many brilliant ideas! I followed her advice and it made such a difference in overall kitchen outlook! Not only did she design a new kitchen layout, she participated in the selection of kitchen cabinet's style and color, floor tile and countertop materials selection providing her advice every step of the way. She went with me to Home Depot, MSI and other places and spent hours reviewing different options of materials together until I was completely satisfied. Steve, the project manager, was also a key to this project success! He is so knowledgeable, skillful, responsible and open minded. He made so many great suggestions that we implemented along the way! As a result, my kitchen project expanded, and now I have a new entryway closet, repositioned bedroom door and linen cabinet, refinished hardwood floors, new ceiling fans and beautiful canned lights throughout! Overall, I really enjoyed working with MagLux team and hope on more remodeling with them in the future!“

“After calling around and not getting responses from other places, Mike from Royal took great care of us. We had floors installed on the entire first floor (3 rooms, kitchen, and a small hallway), stained, finished, and sealed. During the estimate meeting, Mike walked us through the entire process of what, how, and why. His knowledge of flooring and the products they use is impressive and I think he genuinely enjoys and cares about doing the whole job well. Everything went smoothly, from the install through the final coat and the floor looks fantastic. I feel we lucked out having Mike contacting us.A few other notes that some may find useful. The unfinished wood we used was red oak and I was surprised at the high quality of it. Think twice if you want to stain it, the natural wood looks incredible once it's installed and it's almost a shame to stain it. We had a specific look we were after and ended up staining, but I thought more than twice about it. The stain sample was done on the installed floor in our house, not in a showroom. Mike and his team picked a spot in a room, applied a few different stains, and we picked the one we thought looked best to us. Get the flush vents, they look so much better than what you think they will look like. The picture is the unfinished one.Services: Installation“
