Floors come true was great to do the floors. Kevin came out and measured and told us exactly what he could do and couldnt do so there was no confusion on what you were getting. He was well prepared and even carried some examples of flooring in his truck during the quote process. The work was done in a timely manner. The quality of the work is very professional. His team did a great job on the resurfacing of the main floor, removal of carpet and installation of the upstairs floor, and hardwood stairs. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We called Floors Come True after our Luna contractor showed up to our house reeking of beer. Kevin was able to come out to our home the next day for a consultation. He was very forthright, friendly, and knowledgeable. The contractors that did our floors were equally knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly, our floors are gorgeous!!! From consultation to installation, everything was very easy and to-the-point.
