Eyewear and Opticians near Lake In The Hills picked by BestProsInTown
“Came in towards the end of the day (about 15 minutes from closing) with an issue I had with my gas permeable contact lenses. The staff treated us very kindly and took swift action. Marlene had assisted me in getting my contact lens out, and was a huge lifesaver!”
“Very satisfied with our experience at Fielmann in Crystal Lake today. Our doctor recommended that our 11 year old have her vision checked after a brief eye exam at her checkup. Fielmanns was able to schedule us for the same afternoon, and we’re very happy with the service we received. During the initial screening, Cheyenne was wonderful with our daughter. It can be intimidating being in front of those machines, especially for the first time, but Cheyenne explained everything that she was doing and was super positive and friendly. We then saw Dr. Joy for more tests and she was also very thorough and put my daughter at ease. Rebecca helped us with the glasses and insurance pricing, and she was very kind and honest about costs while helping us come up with a plan. Great staff all around, would definitely recommend!”
“I moved here recently and have gone to other eye clinics and each place doesn’t compare to Style Optique. This is the place to go. Very friendly and warm from the staff, Emily and Mark. As well as Dr Thoman. They are sweet and professional and make you feel comfortable when you first walk in. Check them out and you will not be disappointed.”
