Very satisfied with our experience at Fielmann in Crystal Lake today. Our doctor recommended that our 11 year old have her vision checked after a brief eye exam at her checkup. Fielmanns was able to schedule us for the same afternoon, and we’re very happy with the service we received. During the initial screening, Cheyenne was wonderful with our daughter. It can be intimidating being in front of those machines, especially for the first time, but Cheyenne explained everything that she was doing and was super positive and friendly. Dr. Herba always does a great job and is always very kind, patient, and welcoming. The employees working the front of the office are extremely nice and helpful, especially Karen. Our family will never go anywhere else for our optical needs.
