Kathleen. Did such a great job teaching my daughter how to properly care for her contacts as well as to put them on she was very thorough and did not rush, answered all my questions very happy with her and the Dr.
Dr. Porter and the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. I may have gotten lucky, I think, but I was able to explain my circumstances involving broken glasses and they very kindly found a way to fit me in that day for a new exam and gave me a couple of options to try for contacts to tide me over until new glasses and contacts came in. Dr. Porter even identified my old contacts from a very blurry photo I had taken of an individual contact's packaging, as the box was long gone, and gave me an alternative, better-priced option to compare them to.
I went here after Americas Best in Algonquin did nothing to adjust my glasses. Jody helped me and she was absolutely amazing! She took her time and ensured that everything was to my satisfaction. You could tell that she loves what she does!
