She helped us understand what had been overlooked and created a plan going forward.<br><br>We also wanted to try contacts, but other places told us my child was too young or handed us a short video and gave up when he couldn’t get them in. At Fox Valley, the difference was night and day. Sandy, a kind and patient staff member, spent a full hour working with him, encouraging him and giving him practice exercises. At our follow-up, we were scheduled with Sandy again, and she was just as supportive, patient, and encouraging as the first time. She made all the difference for my son.<br><br>Fox Valley might not have the rock-bottom prices of a Sam’s Club, but the expertise, patience, and compassion they showed made every visit worth it.
