The optometrists, Dr. Elena Nouhakis and Dr. Eleni, are skilled and provide expert opinions to help find the perfect glasses. Although prices may be higher than average, the quality of service makes it worth it, making patients feel like part of the family. The team is attentive and kind, with staff at the desk being especially thoughtful, even providing new frames when needed. Patients appreciate the helpfulness of the technicians and the caring attitude of the doctors, which makes returning for visits a positive experience.

The staff at the desk were so thoughtful with me and my mother when my frames broke. They were polite and nice to give us a complete new pair (of the frames) until the lenses get back from the lab/manufacturer. MyEyeDr. is a place that helps me figure out the way to better health and future.

Dr. Eleni was impeccably kind and truly the most helpful eye doctor I’ve been to. She listened, helped me understand the issue and worked with me. I’m beyond impressed, having been to a few prior optometrists/ophthalmologists. Additionally, her technician Michael was beyond nice and her front desk staff were truly helpful. I’m excited, actually, to go back to the eye doctor!

Their customer service is spectacular! I had my first contact lens appointment and Taide & Jessica were amazing they were very patient and understanding in teaching me how to use my contacts! Keep up the great work girls! 100% recommended! Dr. Elani is by far the best Eye Dr. I have ever had!
