MyEyeDr. offers excellent customer service and care. The staff, including Taide and Franceli, are patient and knowledgeable, helping patients feel comfortable. The optometrists, Dr. Elena Nouhakis and Dr. Eleni, are skilled and provide expert opinions to help find the perfect glasses. Although prices may be higher than average, the quality of service makes it worth it, making patients feel like part of the family. The team is attentive and kind, with staff at the desk being especially thoughtful, even providing new frames when needed. Patients appreciate the helpfulness of the technicians and the caring attitude of the doctors, which makes returning for visits a positive experience.
Warm, attentive staff, Dr. Nouhakis explained everything clearly and put me at ease, the whole visit was smooth and quick. From check-in to the exam, everyone was welcoming and professional. Franceli was wonderful and was able to find great deals for me even was able to replace my sunglasses i had just lost the day before. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care. Five stars.

I love this office. Everyone is attentive and kind. Always great catching up with Dr Eleni every year, she is the sweetest. The front desk staff is welcoming. My first time meeting Daniela who helped me pick out my glasses and fit them was super helpful and extremely patient with me.
