As always everyone is so pleasant. Dr. Harvey is amazing. She is very personable and always listens to my concerns.Veronica is always very helpful when I am looking for glasses. She so pleasant and patient.
The doctor and technicians were fine, the problem was a 45 minute wait from my appointment time. It is aways a 2 hour experience when I am there 3 times a year. I really would like to see that time shorten
I came in for my yearly eye exam. I was greeted immediately and waited no more than 5 minutes before the exam began. The technician was very friendly, professional and thorough in getting me ready for my visit with Dr. "Q". Before I left the office I already had my appointment for next year and I was very pleased that I again, was not pressured to have my prescription filled at their optical department. A very pleasant appointment.
