From the staff answering the phones who are kind caring and compassionate and so helpful and understanding and calm, to the technicians, all other staff working behind the scenes and of course … the vets… I have no words that can ever adequately convey our gratitude and thanks for the kindness care compassion and excellent service that we received over the last 6 years since moving here from the U.K. with our elderly Yorkies. Bentley, Maxi and the last of our crazies, Maisie. They were never fearful coming in especially when they needed more than just routine care! The kindness and compassion you have shown us in very difficult times and decisions will ALWAYS stay with me! “My kitten needed emergency surgery after an xray at her vet showed she swallowed something metal like a battery. Staff was thorough and clear in communication on next steps, costs, potential complications, permission before handing her to a very skilled surgeon and team. They also were very tuned into her emotional needs as a tiny kitten in the ICU and kept her in a quiet area and well attended. The surgeon Dr. Kienitz and the surgical intern Dr. Sirr were excellent. Her waiting for surgery, just home and one week out.“

“We greatly appreciate the doctors hearing our concerns and collaborating with us on a treatment plan for our pet. Our visit came as a result of needing a 2nd opinion on a surgery. Dr. McKenzie listened to all our concerns, and presented multiple options in an easy to understand manner. When it became clear that surgery was needed, the surgeon, Dr. Weber, performed a seamless and minimally invasive procedure. She was quick to provide updates via phone call, and gave clear post-treatment instructions that have led to an easy-to-manage home care plan. “Dr. Levine is a dream come true and every single one of the staff here is an absolute angel. I absolutely cried when I moved when I realized I would have to give up this office. I have two sphynx brothers who love going here and would happily visit every day if not for the fact that they hate car rides. Don't let the minor prepayment for your new patient appointment scare you off. I like the fact that the office does everything in their power to ensure that appointments are kept so that they don't have to rush when you are scheduled like human doctors do! Beyond that, their fees are very reasonable and they never shamed me for needing a price estimate up front because of my financial situation. As for their treatment of my boys, you would have thought they were royalty! They treated my two little princes so gently and were so doting that they had a great time every single time we went. Even when my tiny heathens were behaving like scoundrels (walking across laptops, demanding treats, being little piggies when they *were* giving treats, etc), Dr. Levine and her team were incredibly patient. I could also text with questions and pictures! In fact, I'll probably keep the latter up after I move ;) Take your pet(s) here. Especially your cats. I've used "cats only" vets and even those can't compare to Dr. Levine. I can't say enough good things about the whole place.“

“First time with my newly adopted kitten from Orphans of the Storm. The vet completed a health check, complete with nail trim, a few shots that were due and had time to neuter at the same visit. Friendly, easy, clean. The facility is nice with spacious consultation rooms that would fit a family.“

“I live in the city of Chicago and when the Ophthalmologist left MedVet we had to figure something out. My dog has a lifetime condition and I had to act fast. I called Eye Care and they connected me to the Wheeling office and I haven't looked back. It feels like Dr. Wasserman and the WHOLE team there really care about me and my pet. I call or email frantic messages and they always respond in a calm way. When a pet mom is nervous and out of options the team here really help and not match my emotions. “We have been trusting Kohn with our babies for a long time and they have never ever disappointed. You can tell how much they care as soon as you walk into the door. I could go to a closer vet, I could find a cheaper vet but the well-being of my pets makes me continue to return.If you are like me and your pets are pretty much your children you can't go wrong by coming here.“

“Dr. Vogel seems pretty thorough, trustworthy & caring! Love being able to check out in room vs. having to do at the desk while trying to wrangle your dog. Very clean! Not giving 5 stars, because it is very expensive, especially the medications, but find me a reasonable veterinarian anywhere!“

“I would recommend this veterinary clinic with my eyes closed, not only are they excellent professionals but they give you the feeling of security. We almost spent thousands of dollars. Dr. Lim thought our pet had broken their CCL. At first we were okay with it until the day of the surgery he realize he was doing a lot better and actually took x ray. He realize it wasn’t torn instead it was swollen.
I’ve been at river trails for the longest and i haven’t had that accident with them but they’re pretty amazing team“

“We were seen the same day on a Sunday for an emergency exam and were helped immediately. The doctor and her staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our dog received the medication he needed, and we weren’t charged anything extra. We also didn’t have to wait at all — we literally walked in, got helped, and walked out. That kind of service is amazing these days. Highly recommend!“
