“I recommend Dr. Inna Nikogosian as a very good manual therapist. She is very attentive to details. Has excellent skills and knowledge. The atmosphere in its center is positive. You are always charged with positive energy in the process of manual therapy. I personally suffered for several months from pain in my head, which, as it turned out, came from a spasmodic muscle of the head and neck. There was relief after the second session. His diagnosis and treatment method is awesome, I have been suffering from chronic neck and shoulder pain for years, and he had fixed in 4 weeks. “I gave them only 4 stars because the doctors might be wonderful, I don't know. I called to help my friend back home schedule an appointment. She was referred "MM" within this group. Originally the receptionist was patient and replied, "We have no doctor by that name". I then realized that "MM" was a Nurse Practitioner, not a physician. I tried calling back 3 different times and my call went to voicemail each time. I then used a different phone and what do you know, she answered! I told this same receptionist, "I apologize for calling again but the person I was looking for is actually a nurse practitioner, not a physician. Do you have an a Nurse Practitioner by the name of MM?"This receptionist [unknown name but her voice sounded of Indian descent] replied, "We don't have nurse practitioners here! I already told you, there is no one here by that name!" and hung up on me!!!! Was that really necessary? So, concerning my 2nd, 3rd and 4th call, she must've seen my number coming through and chose not to answer. When she saw a number from "a different caller", then realized it was me and was extremely rude. WHY? I guess office personnel these days have "the right" to determine which incoming calls they answer and which ones are left for voicemail. To me, it is very sad that people are able to and chose to abuse others as a result of technology.“

“Extremely satisfied. This doctor has always been there for me at my worst. My recent visit, he spent time going through my lab results explaining what was going on. He made some great suggestions on supplements (I am not a fan of taking prescription medication, unless absolutely necessary). He also made suggestions on life style modifications that would improve my situation and make me more resilient against future problems.“

“I originally came here for a job required TB test and physical. My first impression wasn't that great, but within the first few minutes of speaking with the nurse/receptionist (I'm so sorry, I don't know her exact title), she warmed up quickly and was actually quite friendly. I'm sure she handles a LOT on a daily basis, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Wendy is incredibly personable and warm and made the experience less of a nuisance. When my insurance messed up, I opted to come back for my flu vaccine as well. Highly recommend if you need quick and affordable care. I'm honestly glad this is the facility that my employer sent me to. Watch your GPS, as it will send you to the wrong place! This isn't the fault of CWP, it's a weird thing with EVERYONE's GPS. CWP is located on the corner of Condell Drive on the same side of Milwaukee as Bagels By the Book.“
