Was at the urgent care center today and was very pleased with the care I received. Both the nurse and Doctor were very knowledgeable, efficient. They listened attentively to my situation and gave me a lot of confidence in their treatment decision.
Took my eldery mom in for what turned out to be a painful wrist sprain late in the afternoon. Luckily they weren't too busy and x-rays and exam plus the fitting of her wrist splint was fast and easy. Dr. Kirschner and supporting staff were kind, efficient, professional, patient, and super supportive. I highly recommend this facility! Thank you guys!!!
Advocate Immediate Care Vernon Hills is outstanding and exceed expectations. Starting with kind girl at front desk, to nurses and Dr, everyone is kind, caring, helpful and truly concerned to provide best healthcare. Ive been to this location more than once and always!!! 100 star experience. Highly Recommend with sincere thanks to everyone.
