Absolutely Life changing! After an extensive work up, Dr Melamed created a weight loss plan unique to my physical needs. That included working with Shade, a registered dietitian. She was able to simplify the concept of ‘food’ in a way that re-framed my perspective that eating healthy food is ‘fuel’ for my body, rather than depravation. I have successfully lost 50+ pounds in 6 months and my blood pressure is back to normal. To anyone who is on a journey to a healthy weight, I would encourage you to go to Melamed Weight and Wellness.
