“I highly recommend the Lake Zurich Athletico facility. Olivia was attentive to my shoulder issues, and her prescribed exercises nailed the issues. Rachel, who is also the facility manager, is awesome, too. While she followed Olivia’s protocol, she added a little extra in nailing my trigger points. Plus, Rachel and Kristin, exposed me to dry needling. That procedure, while not the most pleasant, brought immediate relief to my over stressed traps.<br><br>I’ll be scheduling weekly dry needling even though I’m done with my shoulder PT.”

“5 stars all to Yola. I was referred to see Yola and i'm glad to have been able to cross paths with her and get treatment from her. She has been working with me for a few months and i've learned so much from her about my pain points and triggers and where a lot of my pain is stemming from. We've been carefully working through a few injured areas. She really cares about you, listens, and is thorough. Her therapy style provides me relief and consistently seeing her she's the only one that's really been able to provide the most relieft i've had for my occipital neuralgia in the last 2.5 years, I have more range of rotation in my neck, my shoulder feels less frozen and i'm hopeful to continue working through the rest of my issues.”

“When there’s a concern with your health, you you’d hope to get a quick response yet a lone a quick appointment… this office precisely did that and much more for me. I called with a medical concern and within a couple hours, they were able to see me, evaluate me with attention to detail and send me on my way. I say couple hours because I was the one stuck at work too.<br><br>Noelle did an excellent job listening and noting down my symptoms with such attention to detail it made me actually feel so calm knowing that I will be in a good hands. Within a few minutes, Kayla called me back addressing the symptoms and ASKED me to come in to make sure I was okay. I went in, performed some tests and provided solutions to me within minutes. “Dr. Mitchell has taken care of me, my husband and kids for years. We had chiropractic care and health coaching. He deserved 5 stars no matter what. BUT....I recently threw my back out with the slightest move. My pain was at a 12 on a scale of 10. He got me in on an emergency basis. I couldn't even walk in without help...and I walked out on my own! I listened to everything he told me to do after and he got me back quickly!!!!! I CAN'T RECOMMEND HIM ENOUGH!!!!”
“I've utilized Doctors of Physical Therapy in West Dundee since the practice was 'Midwest Physical Therapy' at Advocate Sherman hospital. There have been a succession of physical therapists - all well trained, knowledgeable, which have worked with me to achieve my goals. Most recently, I did shoulder prehap and post-reverse shoulder replacement rehab with Hess and after he departed Brian and Joe. All have been extremely helpful and after 6 months I'm ahead of the game at the midpoint of my recovery. They've been excellent on achieving mobility, range of motion, and strength goals. A constant over the years has been Monica handling scheduling, phones, front desk, getting me started on warm ups, icing after the therapy, and most anything else that the PTs need. Thank you Monica and the entire team - such a well run organization!”
