The job the front staff have to do is just as important as the Rehab folks. Simply because they are the First provider. They are the first connection that a patient has in going to this particular IBJI location. I now live in Hebron, Illinois. That is 55 minutes away, each way. I may not have all the money to spare except for my health. So I don’t mind one bit traveling this far two times per week when my Doc has sent me for Physical Therapy.”
