IBJI Physical & Occupational Therapy - Lake Barrington

I’ve been treated with the utmost respect and Friendliness.
The job the front staff have to do is just as important as the Rehab folks. Simply because they are the First provider. They are the first connection that a patient has in going to this particular IBJI location. I now live in Hebron, Illinois. That is 55 minutes away, each way. I may not have all the money to spare except for my health. So I don’t mind one bit traveling this far two times per week when my Doc has sent me for Physical Therapy.

My knee replacement recovery was so smooth thanks to IBJI's incredible guidance, that they were the only team I trusted when it came time for my shoulder therapy. I appreciate all of them at the Lake Barrington facility.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this facility. Every time I called and made appointments or had changes Natalia and Amanda were extremely friendly and helpful. They are the gold standard for customer service.
