Alex helped me recover from arthroscopic knee surgery with exercise (including home options). He provided thoughtful care and advice that was related to my situation, including integrating PT homework with my existing workout routine. I’d definitely recommend him for recovery and ongoing therapy.
I've had 4 sessions with Alex Kranz at 1st Choice so far. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. Alex explains the exercises and what part of my shoulder/arm it helps. He makes sure I do the exercises correctly to get the maximum benefit. I am seeing improvement and feel less pain in my arm. I highly recommend Alex and 1st Choice Physical Therapy.
I’m very grateful for their help with my recovery. I received very personalized care and learned how to make adjustments and strengthen my back going forward to stay out of pain.
