“When there’s a concern with your health, you you’d hope to get a quick response yet a lone a quick appointment… this office precisely did that and much more for me. I called with a medical concern and within a couple hours, they were able to see me, evaluate me with attention to detail and send me on my way. Noelle did an excellent job listening and noting down my symptoms with such attention to detail it made me actually feel so calm knowing that I will be in a good hands. Within a few minutes, Kayla called me back addressing the symptoms and ASKED me to come in to make sure I was okay. I went in, performed some tests and provided solutions to me within minutes. “I highly recommend the Lake Zurich Athletico facility. Olivia was attentive to my shoulder issues, and her prescribed exercises nailed the issues. Rachel, who is also the facility manager, is awesome, too. While she followed Olivia’s protocol, she added a little extra in nailing my trigger points. Plus, Rachel and Kristin, exposed me to dry needling. That procedure, while not the most pleasant, brought immediate relief to my over stressed traps.

I’ll be scheduling weekly dry needling even though I’m done with my shoulder PT.“
