The entire staff were extremely nice and helpful and made the transition from hospital to physical therapy very easy. Also a very nice facility and even a Starbucks on-site. Also we have weekly meetings to go over your loved ones progress with therapy and set goals for their continued progress to achieve goals and get home.

If you can get into this skilled nursing facility in McHenry, IL, you'd be very fortunate! It's an excellent place with wonderful and highly knowledgeable doctors, nurses, therapists, nursing assistants, and other staff. My husband, who's 64, was admitted after a long hospital stay at Condell Hospital in Libertyville, IL. His case was very difficult and complicated by several strokes and other medical problems. But Ignite has been working steadily with him, always monitoring his care and making sure to adjust his PT, OT, and Speech Therapy. We are so fortunate to have him at this facility. Every time I visit my friend at Ignite, the staff greets me and are super friendly, however usually busy multi tasking with reception and the Starbucks. They might want to consider getting an actual barista and let the receptionist focus on the front desk. ?The facility is very clean and open. My friends room is a single private room with a nice big window looking out to the court yard. It has a nice size t.v. over an electric fireplace with remote. However, the fireplace made a screeching noise like nails on a chalk board and when we called maintenance a message had to be left and it had been a few days and still no response.So for those minor reasons I gave Ignite medical...read full review
