The entire staff was extremely friendly, from check in to the nurse who took vitals and made the experience fun for a 4 year old, to Dr Ahmed who was very attentive, diagnosed the issue, and provided resolution in a short period of time.
Dr. Faiza is always personable, attentive, and compassionate. She takes the time to listen, thoroughly assess concerns, and offers thoughtful suggestions. I always feel heard and well cared for during my visits.Thank you!

But registration should’ve asked is anybody with urgent care that needs to be seen first?
Also, they’re not efficiently trained to identify what is the problem and who is seriously ill since your name is immediate/urgent care.
