My experience began with Tomasz servicing my old HVAC and doing what he could to get me through the winter. He was super helpful and responsive. Eventually my HVAC failed and so I compared a few quotes and ultimately went with New Comfort and Tomasz for my new HVAC system as his attention to my needs, incredible patience, ability to explain all the details just blew me away. “A-Guy Home Services did a great job on my new furnace. Of course my furnace decided to die on one of the coldest days in Chicago so finding a company to come out and fix it was a must. Paul and Lawrence went above and beyond they installed my furnace the same day and haven’t had any issues since. I love the new smart thermostat they installed the Ecobee awesome to use as the app is on my phone and I can it use anywhere. “The first time we used Ceper Heating Mark came out at 8:00 at night to fix a leak in our radiant heat that was leaking water into our dining room. No one else would even look at it, he had it fixed in an hour!The second time another leak, in the basement this time, we had no heat, again he came out and fixed it in record time. While he was here he also taught my husband how to light our hot water tank that we thought was broken. We will never use any other company for our heating needs. Mark is remarkable!“

“For years, I've battled with bedroom humidifiers because the air gets so dry in winter with the little April Air humidifiers attached that run through the furnaces in our house.I learned of a different kind of April Air - a Power Humidifier - that provides much more humidity to your home and called an HVAC place to ask about it. They said they couldn't install due to space limitations and instead recommended a much more expensive Steam humidifier. I was a little suspect of the recommendation, so I called Midtown Mechanical to get another opinion.First, they explained that while a Steam humidifier might do the job, it is very costly AND there is a lot of maintenance and expense in upkeep, which is an immediate "no" in my book.Second, they said that they can make the Power Humidifier fit, even though the space was small.Third, they explained that since humidity rises, much like heat, it would be beneficial to install one power humidifier for EACH furnace (two in total), which the other company never mentioned.We scheduled a few days out and the team came on time and they were very courteous. They spent hours at my house (due to the space limitations, it took some time!) and they installed two (one for each furnace).Their service was great. Their price was reasonable -- for TWO power humidifiers, they were only a slightly more expensive than the other company was for ONE power humidifier. And, the humidity is amazing. (And, I've called since to ask a question about humidity levels and they patiently helped me and said if i had any questions or issues, they would be happy to help.)I'd highly recommend these guys for any HVAC work you have.“

“My husband and I woke up to a very cold house yesterday! Our furnace wasn’t working and we needed someone to come out ASAP. Pure Climate was my first call early in the morning. Jim answered immediately and told me he’d have someone out within a few hours. Getting set up as a new customer was very quick and easy. Chris arrived earlier than expected (which is great) and was patient while I drove home from work to meet him! Chris quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it same day.
