We've relied on American Vintage Home for 20+ years. Professional, prompt, knowledgeable to beat the band. Our Chicago Bungalow was built over a century ago. Ours is a hot water heating system with three zones, custom installed humidifier, and Space Pac A/C system. There's no other HVAC contractor we'd consider.
I cannot say enough good things about American Vintage Home and the quality of work they did installing my SpacePak. Mike was was the installer for the project and he was the best, being both knowledgeable and efficient. He cared about the quality of work being done and was incredibly professional. I don't think there is anyone better at this and I felt very lucky to have American Vintage Home and Mike doing this work. I live in a 122 year old building that is on the National Registry of Historic Places. The care, attention and respect Mike paid to the needs of the building was extraordinary. Alexis was great! On time, pleasant, explained his work, showed before and after pictures, and cleaned up completely. Dirty, but necessary maintenance - deep clean of boiler burner chamber.
