1114 Lake St, Oak Park“Justin is an amazing trainer, I’ve done 1-1 Pilates in the past with him which I loved and now strength training. I’ve had injuries in the past so was hesitant but everything is uniquely customized to you and your abilities to push you out of your comfort zone safely. The staff is all super friendly. The only complaint is the hours of the gym itself especially for the price of membership being $129/mo, you would think it would be 24Hr.“

“I highly recommend Pilates by T. I have been frequenting T’s classes for over 4 years and haven’t seen as good of results with any other workout. Additionally, my back pain is essentially gone when I consistently go to class 2 times a week. The other instructors are also great. It’s a challenging workout no matter how often you go.“
