The best form of exercise for my aging body!! All the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. The front staff is amazing. Always there to help and guide you. A very clean environment. A variety of classes and times to take the classes.I love it and recommend it to all my friends and family.

Kayla is one of my favorites. I take her class even though I wish the 1.5 was at 8 on Fridays instead of 9 but she always brings encouragement, energy and enthusiasm to my Fridays! I’ve been dealing with vertigo the last few months and her care and compassion has been wonderful. I enjoy all the instructors at Club Pilates Woodridge

Club Pilates in Woodridge has been life changing. Not only have I strengthened my core, but I feel invigorated after workouts. Almost 1.5 years in and I have never been so committed to a program! The staff and instructors effortlessly create a welcoming family atmosphere (usually started with a warm hello by a smiling Shayne). I consider myself a “happy survivor” of some of the toughest, kick-butt Pilates gurus who like to have fun while they are pushing you to the brink — Carmela (“did we think it was time for a break because I can keep going”); Dena (“only 5 more”… at possible breaking point); Christy (“you guys look fabulous” as our bodies are twisted...read full review
